I had a flat tire; no problem I can change a flat tire. Problem was I could not get the bolts off the wheel. Of course, it was Saturday and everyone was swamped... I had a flat tire; no problem I can change a flat tire. Problem was I could not get the bolts off the wheel. Of course, it was Saturday and everyone was swamped. I called 88 Cycling and they were swamped as well. I took a chance and took my bike over. Ronnie greeted me looked at my bike, loosened the bolts in under 5 minutes. I know he was incredibly busy but took the time to help me anyway. Not only that he gave me a wrench to help me wanted to take my bike to my car and would not let me pay him, tip them or anything. This is exceptional customer service and so not normal anymore. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store and will never go anywhere for bikes ever again. THANK YOU RONNIE AND 88 CYCLING!
